5 years exp **Roles & Responsibilities** **Roles & Responsibilities** Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: - Prepare audit plans for quality, environmental, safety and health (QEHS) audits - Perform QEHS audits individually or as a team - Lead an audit team during QEHS audits - Prepare QEHS audit reports and submit within the required timeline - Able to observe, analyze and provide appropriate recommendations during QEHS audits - Maintain objectivity and high levels of professionalism - Develop training materials and conduct trainings in relation to QEHS - Any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager (GM) or by whomever the GM so designates **Minimum Requirement** - At least 5 year as **registered WSH Officer**; - At least 5 year experience (include participation) in safety, quality, environmental management system audits or reviews. - Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore Workforce Skill Qualifications (WSQ) Framework for WSH Professional (Level “D”); **Other preferred requirements**: - Approved WSH Auditor under SAC-AO scheme; - Diploma/Degree in OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) / Civil Engineering / Building / M&E; - Successfully completed Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001; - Attended Best Practices for Green and Gracious Builder - Improving Performance and Site Practices; - Advance Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
