The individual who takes this role will have a fantastic opportunity to join the global leader in Compliance Learning, while serving as the company’s senior leadership within the Asia-Pacific region. The role will oversee aspects of the company’s growth strategy within the region including overseeing sales, retention, marketing, partnerships, operational performance, and the recruiting and management of talent within the G-To-Market team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Planning and execution of Go-To-Market strategy for the LRN Compliance Learning product portfolio in the Asia & Pacific region to meet revenue growth targets
- As the Company’s senior leadership in the region, you will identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities/pipeline; perform forecasting sales and revenue activities; Clearly communicate customer expectations and deadlines; closely coordinate and steer sales, account management, and strategic initiatives.
- As a member of LRN’s Operational Leadership Team, you will take part in company strategy and planning events, as well as play a key role in building an ethical and positive culture.
- Serve as the face of the company within the Asia-Pacific region, attending key events and visiting strategic clients, as necessary.
- Lead a team of 12 cross functional employees across Sales, Client Success, and complimentary administrative support functions.
- Primarily responsible for top line revenue growth within the region, while supporting profitable margins and EBITDA growth.
- Working with our US and in-country teams, you will develop growth programs in key accounts, and ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle with accurate activity and lead qualification information.
- Manage remote employees in various locations including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Australia, and India.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be authorized to work in Singapore with ability to travel 10% of the time within the Asia-Pacific region and occasionally to corporate locations in London and New York City
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record and demonstrated success in selling SaaS, software, and/or spec work to large enterprises and global companies, as well as government agencies
- Strong empathy for client partners, and the ability to demonstrate deep respect for local culture in a global business environment.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the Global Risk and Compliance space, including familiarity with competing products.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior level client partners as well as executives and internal stakeholders.
- A keen understanding of the value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Experience with bespoke client partner deals, including unique localization requirements.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic organization, including the ability to manage the ambiguity of developing markets and evolving solutions. This role requires the ability to help the company solve complex business challenges.
- University degree required, with advanced degree or MBA preferred.
