Regional VP Growth - Asia Pacific Location: flexible Fast-growing global business | High-volume B2B deal environment | Leadership role We are supporting a leading global company in its ambitious growth plans across the Asia Pacific. The organisation has been expanding rapidly, completing over 1,000 partnership deals. Responsibilities Lead and drive partnership sales teams across your assigned markets. Ensure teams deliver KPIs, achieving ambitious growth targets. Generate awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition through strong B2B business development. Identify, pitch, and convert prospective partners through networking, outreach, and deal negotiation. Spend time in the field, coaching and enabling your teams to succeed. Localise and implement tools and processes that help your teams win. Collaborate with regional leadership to set strategy and ensure delivery of 2026 growth targets. Qualifications 3–5 years of B2B sales leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-growth multinational environment and a big team management experience is a plus. Strong track record in B2B business development/hunting roles, consistently exceeding sales targets. Background in fast and high-volume sales environments. Proven ability to recruit, manage, and inspire distributed sales teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to close commercially significant deals. Resilient, open-minded, and flexible with a “can-do” mindset. Open to travel for business.
