The Regional B2B Brand & Content Strategy Manager is the brand custodian for key B2B brands, such as Caltex Business Solutions, Delo lubricants etc. Develops the regional brand and content strategies for International Products markets, to amplify key B2B segments’ customer value proposition through stewarding the implementations with countries sales and marketing team.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:
- Develop plans to build the B2B brands in line with Master Brands Chevron, Texaco & Caltex, in collaboration with Global Marketing
- Work with and support Regional Segment Managers to co-develop and amplify the B2B segments value proposition through content strategies. Also, to support Fleet segment managers on product business cases.
- Coach and steward appointed agency partners to advance the communications strategies and manage the regional advertising budgets. Also, to provide guidance to markets on adaptation and optimal spend and budget allocations.
- Manage the regional marketing calendar from ideation to creation and implementation by working with cross functional groups and markets
- Guide and provide direction for overall Brand & Content direction to regional digital marketing specialist in the group
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 10 years of marketing strategy and communications experience in either marketing departments or with an agency, preferably in B2B marketing. Product management or portfolio management experience is a plus.
- Lead and influence multiple stakeholders across diverse markets (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Europe). Cultural awareness and the ability to work across markets are essential. Working experience in a regional and global team is a plus.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with cross-functional groups such as Global Marketing, Product Technology, Procurement, Corporate Affairs, Legal other regional Marketing groups.
- Ability to set clear expectations and align teams on shared goals and outcomes on Business Solutions Strategy and ambitions. Strong Growth mind-set to champion new ways of B2B marketing and high ability to adapt to change and work with ambiguity.
**Relocation Options**:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
**International Considerations**:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
