This is an individual contributor role and he/she will be responsible for transforming the company's global brand, leading a strategic brand function, and shaping how the brand is perceived both internally and externally. Responsibilities Develop and execute a global brand strategy, manage brand renewal programs, and create compelling narratives for complex business propositions Implement governance frameworks and centralized brand management systems Deliver content marketing, experiential activations, and campaigns that align with strategic intent Align brand direction with enterprise goals, manage internal ambassadors and agencies, and present performance insights to leadership Establish KPIs for brand equity, awareness, and ROMI; adopt advanced measurement approaches for long-term brand value Requirements Minimum 15 years’ experience in brand strategy with at least 5 years in B2B, B2G and/or industrial sectors Strong experience in managing relationships with government stakeholders and public sector organizations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels Only successful candidates will be notified.
