**Customer service supervisor (contract, at least 6 months)**

Job Responsibilities:

- Stand in for customer service manager for 6 months during parental leave, with optional extension for another 2 months.
- Manage customer escalations from customer service and after sales support.
- To pull in and/or solicit orders to fulfil sales target/forecast.
- Ensure that the order placement and processing related activities are completed in a timely manner
- Secure a seamless interaction between Sales and Operation to ensure on time delivery for customer orders and provide proactive information to customers on order delivery information.
- Act as an individual contributors for India, Middle East, USA, Japan and China regions for order to cash process.
- Act as a customer advocate, proactively gather customer feedback, highlight and address gaps to have continuous improvement & customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventories and coordination of re-stocking orders to meet inventory turns and control Excess & obsolescence exposure and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage monthly and weekly reports.
- Participate in meeting such as weekly Quality Review, production planning meeting etc to address order planning, quality issues, customer complaints & processes.
- Other duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement:

- Good Degree/ Diploma or equivalent work experience will be considered
- 3-5 years work experience in order fulfilment or order management, internal sales, exposure with order management tools and process, logistics, after sales and inventory control experience.
- Good exposure to Asia Pacific’s culture
- Strong in in Microsoft Excel and computer system.
- Service Oriented and Customers focus, good communication skill
- Experience in COO and/or SASO export.
- Positive, Dynamic and Results Oriented
- Strong skills in ERP system (Syteline)
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service and escalation
- Knowledge and experience in Shipping coordination
- Experience in customised electronic products
- Familiarity with order management
- Familiarity with customer communication
- Knowledge and experience in shipment follow up
- Knowledge and experience in incoterms and COO
- Problem solving attitudes and critical thinking skills
