**Job description**
- Perform Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable functions
- Prepare bank reconciliation and account schedules
- Prepare and maintain fixed assets register
- Handle data entry work
- Maintain a proper filing system including data management and file sharing
- Assist in general office administrative duties including answering phones, replenishing office supplies, filing, despatch etc
- Any adhoc accounting and administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma or LCCI in Accountancy
- Good working knowledge of accounting standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
