At M1, our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers to co-create people-centric business solutions that enable M1 to accelerate our digital transformation, achieve our commercial goals, and ultimately contribute to the vision of Building a Sustainable Future.
Possessing sound business and financial acumen, our HRBPs are the focal point to provide deep business context back to the rest of the HR team and collaborate with our HR COEs to create solutions that address our immediate operational needs of today, while simultaneously aligning our future-focused people plans to the overall business strategy.
Daily, our HRBPs provide sound advice and coaching to people managers on how to inspire, reward and develop their teams, navigate employee relations conversations, better the employee experience, and bringing out the full potential of our people and culture.
At this exciting stage of our business transformation, our HRBPs also get the chance to work closely with our wider Talent Acquisition team, learn modern recruitment strategies, and help win the war for talent to accelerate the growth of the business.

**Job Requirements**
- 3-5 years of HRBP experience or 5-10 years across various HR functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- IHRP-CP / IHRP-SP certification strongly preferred
- Experience in modern recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) a strong advantage
- Certified Coaching, Consulting and/or Facilitation skills would be highly valued
- Non-HR work experiences relevant to the Telco / Tech industry also considered a plus (e.g. Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Consultancy, Engineering, Finance etc.)
