**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Update employee database (including leave and medical claims)
- Check duty roster against actual attendance
- Compute overtime hours
- update employees list in medical claim portal
- Handle staff recruitment, phone interview and arrange interview session with manager
- Maintain proper filing of HR records
- MOM labour survey/Market survey.
- Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies
- NS claims and government-paid leave claims
- Handle office general administrative duties/building matters
- Ad hoc activities as and when requested
