**_Job Description_**
- Handle full spectrum of HR function including monthly payroll processing and administration;
- Assist in recruitment process, onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain proper employee records in personnel files and HR system;
- Preparation of letters.
- Handle insurance matters including liaising with insurance companies
- Assist in HR policy review and implementation
- Staying up to date on regulatory requirements and policies.
- Liaise with government agencies and communicate with staff on employment matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
**_Job Requirements_**
- Bachelor Degree and preferably with post-graduate qualification in HR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources including payroll
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good working knowledge of the Employment Act
- Be a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
