**Your background**

**Key Requirements**
- Educated to degree level
- 3+ years working experience in a similar role
- ITIL Change Management Experience
- Have experience in IT in investment banking environment
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Proactive, has initiative, diligent and hardworking and willing to learn
- A good team player but also able to work independently with strong problem solving skills and work well in matrix management environments

**Desired Skills**:

- SQL and related reporting capabilities
- Ability to partner with development and support teams across different regions.
- Proven background in facilitation of group meetings and conference calls.
- Data analytics in Excel including pivot tables.

**What you can expect**

**What you will do**
- Oversee the day to day activities within the Change Management Processes.
- Responsible for governance of Change throughout their lifecycle per the Change Management process.
- Work with Development & Support functions to ensure change is well understood
- Drive stability in an environment with a high rate of change
- Ensure Enterprise Standards are adhered to
- Maintain internal documentation and standards
- Provide training and guidance to new department team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross training.
- Design initiatives for Change Management tooling improvements and translate them into business requirements
- Perform operational duties to comply with key controls for internal and/or external audit requests.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the overall Change Management process and communication.
- Responsible for producing, maintaining and distributing Change reports for critical business and IT services.
- 12. Work with Business Partners, Development managers, leads, Risk functions to provide status reporting on the overall status of the LOB.
- 13. Coordinate with Global team on Application deliverables tracking
