Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy in an assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for the respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power in Singapore. Main stakeholders include customers, local, regional, and global marketing teams, and factories. Implement the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. Focus on achievement of orders and drive continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. Develop business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. Qualifications for the Role Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. At least 5 years experience in the Electrical/Energy Management industry. Product Marketing or Product Management experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
