**Service Desk Team Lead**
Job Title: Service Desk Team Lead
Work Location: Central / East Area, Singapore
**About the Job**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. To oversee the day-to day running operations of the Engineers and/or Site Operation
3. PC setup from scratch for Windows & MacOS
4. Follow up, as well as, close all the incidents/issues/requests accordingly.
5. Immediately report and support production by providing solutions when incident occurs.
6. To build, manage and maintain the IT inventories (Eg., Hardware, Software licenses)
7. Documentation and improvement on Standard Operating Procedures.
8. To assist in other ICT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation).
**Job Requirements**:
1. Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related qualification.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Service Desk including 1-2 years of experience as Team Lead.
4. Possess ITIL Foundation V3 certification.
6. Customer-oriented, patient and a strong team player.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Have basic cloud knowledge (Azure/W365)
9. Able to setup and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps.
