Company Overview: We are a leading paper company based in Singapore, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality paper products.
Job Overview: The Admin Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing administrative tasks related to the sales process. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with the organization of sales events and exhibitions.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of O/A levels, ITC/diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions: The Admin Sales Assistant will work in an office setting with standard office hours.
