Admin and Sales Support

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin and Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in all administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide customer service and support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate inventory management.
- Prepare sales reports, track sales goals and progress, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with the organization and execution of events and trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Xero and MYOB.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
