**Key Responsibilities**:

- Primary relationship owner by maintaining supplier relationship and performance.
- Point of escalation and collaboration between suppliers and various internal groups regarding tactical issues, resolve any issues from supplier’s cost, quality, delivery and support/service performance
- Responsible for supplier capacity, analyze demand vs supply and initiate risk buy as needed to ensure supply continuity
- Constantly evaluate and identify supplier risks in term of financial, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, system, market, etc and lead efforts to address those risks
- Initiate and conduct supplier contract negotiation as needed, establish and complete contract with supplier according to business needs and requirements
- Conduct Quarterly Supplier Performance Review (Supplier Scorecard) and drive for continual improvement to meet ASM business objectives
- Manage Supplier Change Request to ensure compliance with Change Control requirements
- Report and escalate supply continuity risk associated with PLC and operational requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excels in Communicating, Customer Focus, Initiative, Organize, Multi-Task Time Management and Results Driven
- Experience working in a global organization
- Excels in negotiation and building strong relationships internally and externally
- Adept at influencing decisions and developing solutions to complex situations
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity and critically think in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and PLC management tools is a plus

**Education and Business Expertise**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement, commodity management or supplier engineering
- Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or hi-tech manufacturing environment
