Part Time Account & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Duties for accounting in excel basis**
- to perform bookkeeping functions for the newly setup company
- records of sales, purchases, receipts & payment
- document each financial transaction, whether cash or credit into the correct daybook, I.e. petty cash, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, general ledger, trial balance and P&L statement etc.
- prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable

**Job scope includes admin work**
- Handle corporate sales inquiries and confirmations.
- Assist in preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Orders, processing customer orders, and invoicing customers.
- Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders
- Maintain a proper filing system for invoices and documents based on projects.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and external customers.
- Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the information captured in the system.
- Support all administrative and backend functions for the group.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Experienced accountant-must have at least 5 years’ job experience in Singapore as accountant Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
