**Job Summary**:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker to join our team as a Marketing Communications Executive. This role is your canvas to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that amplify our brand, engage our diverse audience, and bolster our sales. It's an opportunity to blend creativity with analytical prowess, driving campaigns that resonate and inspire.

**Your Role and Impact**:

- **Strategy Development**:Partner with our global marketing team to forge comprehensive strategies that echo our mission and propel our brand forward.
- **Social Media Savvy**:Elevate our digital footprint, crafting and curating content that sparks conversations, fosters community, and keeps TOMORO COFFEE at the forefront of social media trends.
- **Brand Champion**:Ensure every communication reflects our brand’s ethos, from promotional materials to press releases, embodying our commitment to revolutionizing coffee culture.
- **Campaign Virtuoso**:Lead marketing campaigns from ideation to reflection, setting benchmarks, aligning with our teams, managing resources, and harnessing data to refine our approach continually.
- **Insight Explorer**:Dive into market research to uncover insights about consumer preferences, industry shifts, and the competitive landscape, informing our strategies and decisions.
- **Event Architect**:Bring the TOMORO experience to life through events that deepen brand engagement, from product launches to community initiatives, crafting memorable moments.
- **Collaborative Influencer**:Work in tandem with internal teams, external partners, and influencers to magnify our marketing impact and extend our brand’s reach.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least [2-3] years in marketing or communications, with a preference for backgrounds in hospitality or retail.
- A master of communication, both written and verbal.
- A digital native, fluent in social media and online marketing tools.
- An inventive mind, adept at transforming ideas into impactful strategies.
- Familiar with content management systems.
- An agile team player, ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- A coffee enthusiast, with a deep appreciation for coffee culture.
