**Marketing Communications Executive**

**THE CHALLENGE**

The Marketing team is looking for a results-oriented Marketer to join our APAC marketing team. The Marketing Communications Executive will partner across a broad range of cross-functional teams to deliver regional marketing programmers to enterprises.

**THE ROLE**
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing and to work with the regional Commercial stakeholders, as well as other cross-functional teams, to develop and execute marketing programmes across APAC
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for content curation; to write and proofread content for both digital and print campaigns
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for each stage of a customer’s journey
- To strategize inbound marketing and account-based marketing strategies to increase brand identity and online presence to prospective clients
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Developing strategies and executing digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and lead generation across all relevant digital and social channels
- Analyzing content intelligence, results, and effectiveness of campaigns to improve content marketing efforts and deliver actionable insights and recommendation

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations; prior experience in an agency setting preferred
- Diploma/ BA Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Strong communication, influencing, facilitation and presentation skills to communicate and engage with all levels of management, staff, external agencies and customers to drive business results
- Strategic planning skills and ability to operationalize and execute plans to meet business goals
- Solid project management skills and the ability to execute projects in a regional environment
- Passion for driving projects, comfortable working and learning independently in a fast
- paced and ambiguous environment
- Ability to multitask, has high initiative, while being a self-starter and quick learner

- Hands on experience in the following: Content marketing, SEO, paid digital marketing, product marketing, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing strategy, account-based marketing
