**Position Summary**:
To oversees storage and shipping logistics for warehouse facilities. Their primary duties include receiving shipments, handling customer requests and supervising employees (If any).

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the Fulfilment Manager in monitoring and achievement of Key Performance Index (KPI)
- Dealing with sub-contractors, inbound/outbound shipments, shipping lines, transportation and storage management
- Ensure conformity of processes and documentation with company and industry standards.
- Review and enhance processes to achieve business objectives and operational effectively on a continual basis including periodical review of the operations for business process re-engineering
- Provide management report on operation status and budget figures on a timely and regular basis
- Maintain good working relationships with RIDA’s Fulfilment customers
- Process review, improvement, and implementation of Quality and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safe work environment for all employees
- Administers and communicates company policies
- Regularly reviews performance expectations with operations team. Providing expectations, performance planning, feedback.

**Skills**:

- **Technical Skill Requirements**:_
- Good working knowledge of the following operations areas - domestic distribution, shipping and freight, transportation management and logistics execution systems.
- This position requires computer skills, with a focus on MS Office suite products.
- Strategic thinking ability with proven implementation results
- Excellent negotiation experience with subcontractors, transporters, & vendors.
- Experience with customs, insurance and regulatory issues related to logistics
- A proven, experienced resource in solutions and implementations

- Ability to re-prioritize workload to support urgent requests from various operations.

**Experience**:
**This position requires at least 3-5 years of experience with minimum 3 years in Warehousing and Transport operations management providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions.**

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
