About the Role

In this role, you will lead in Claims Data and Analytics, Transformation project and support Claims Strategy formulation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead in claims data and analytics
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to develop and implement policies, procedures and standards to ensure data completeness, quality, security, and compliance according to organisation’s standards and targets.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau and other data visualisation tools.
- Analyse claims data and identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on claims performance.
- Data lead for any claims projects or initiatives
- Lead in claims transformation initiatives and projects. This includes:

- Planning and strategizing for the project
- Requirements Gathering: Provide detailed information on business requirements, participate in workshops to refine the document requirements, offer insights/expertise/solutions related to business processes and operations
- Test Plan: Review and sign off the test plan
- Ensuring timely sign off User Acceptance Testing at the project stated passing criteria
- Communication plan to stakeholders
- Support Head of Claims in claims related strategies, healthcare management, ad hoc data requests and projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of claims, system related, data knowledge and experience.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the division, good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing project requirements and priorities
