Sales Manager

**Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, 5.5 day work-week**
**Location: Changi
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand ACE’s markets and channels in the premium frozen products and cold chain sector both in Singapore and overseas.
3. Implement and execute strategic business plans that maximise company’s reach on both current and emerging digital platforms.
4. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
5. Oversee the full life-cycle in the execution of sales orders.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationship with distributors, partners and vendors.
7. Sales co-ordination across ACE’s functional teams within tight timelines.
9. Special projects including the execution of new operating practices, on-going work on updating Master Lists on SKUs and Bar-coding.
10. Commit to uphold Company’s brand, vision and core values in all business dealings.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
2. Minimally with 3 years of sales and marketing experience.
3. Proven sales and business development experience in Food & FMCG industry.
4. Possess a driving licence.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
6. Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and targets.
7. Innate drive to succeed, take initiative and work independently.
8. Able to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and new challenges.
9. Skilled in the following domains:
