The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the F&B sector. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and promoting products and services. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of F&B offerings and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:Create and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to expand the client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industry. We are looking at opening up markets such as private schools, TCM Clinics, Speciality Distribution.
Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- **Product and Service Promotion**:Showcase the company's offerings, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze sales metrics, performance data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and opportunities for presentation to senior management.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
Ensure agreements align with the company's policies, pricing structures, and service capabilities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, culinary, and finance to ensure smooth execution of client contracts.
Communicate client requirements and expectations to relevant teams to deliver exceptional service.
- **Market Intelligence**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities in the sector.
Utilize market insights to proactively adjust sales strategies and offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the F&B industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of F&B products, services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within the team and cross functionally, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
