**Job Descriptions**:

- Collaborates with the commercial/business development team to develop innovative and competitive technical solutions for bidding projects.
- Prepares detailed technical method statements, drawings, and integrated service and equipment solutions to meet project requirements.
- Reviews and understands bidding employer’s requirement documents, project specifications, and process data.
- Translates employer requirements into effective contractor solutions that align with project goals.
- Monitors market trends to ensure tender documents remain competitive and relevant, making necessary adjustments.
- Implements improvements in the tender process to enhance the company’s market position and competitiveness.
- Works closely with various department stakeholders to gather necessary information for bidding proposals.
- Consolidates and integrates collected information into comprehensive bid proposals.
- Conducts internal reporting of tender solutions to secure management approval for bid submissions.
- Provides timely and accurate updates on bid progress to the tender manager.
- Supports the tender manager in developing commercial bid solutions and engaging with the market as required.
- Support engineering budget (estimation) and cost control.
- Participates in market visits to assess and incorporate subcontractor solutions into the company’s proposals.
- Evaluates subcontractor technical solutions to ensure alignment with project requirements and company standards.
- Integrates subcontractor solutions into the company’s bid proposals effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience and knowledge in offshore wind projects is highly desirable and will be given preference.
- Proven experience in technical solution development, preferably within a commercial/business development context.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, tender documentation, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
