Singapore MEDCO SINGAPORE OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Reporting to the ORF Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include**:

- Monitor, Operate and maintain (as directed) the ORF facilities ensuring production and maintenance objectives.
- Compliance with company core values and Singapore legal requirements.
- Compliance with company HSE policies, procedure, business unit and department goals.
- Ensure operations objective of 100% uptime, excluding planned maintenance downtime, in safe manner.
- Manage day to day operations and maintenance, safety of equipment and personnel.
- Carryout control room operations using DCS to monitor, control and carryout regular field checks and activities.
- Identify abnormal process conditions and take corrective action to ensure safe and continuous operations.
- Ensure safe start up and shutdown of process facilities, as required.
- HSE being top priority, control ORF work activities with company Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Carryout isolation/de-isolation of equipment and perform safety checks for maintenance as per procedures/PTW.
- Remains in-charge of facility during emergency and act as On Scene Incident Commander as documented in emergency procedures.
- Participate in training programs (mandatory/skills enhancement) for HSE and Process/Maintenance
- Carryout basic maintenance activities as required.
- Take full charge of facility in as aspects, after office hours.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience (Oil & Gas/Process/Petrochemical plant operations including control room duties.
- Hands on DCS experience and good knowledge of process control and safety systems.
- Basic firefighting and First aid training as per current regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to perform shift work.
