- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verifying discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

- Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses
- Monitoring monthly utilities and billing occupants according to assigned space allocations
- Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
- Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects

Ø **_Other Miscellaneous _**
- Liaising with stakeholders’ monthly visits and handling stakeholders’ enquiries
- Any ad hoc task assigns by management
