Handle full spectrum of HR and employee life cycle.
**Responsibilities**:
Full spectrum of HR including recruitment, learning and development, staff engagement, managing contractors, policies and processes as well as HR projects.
Recruitment:
- Full cycle of recruitment.
- Handle work pass matters.
- Arrange pre-employment check-up.
- Prepare employment contract.
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
Learning & Development:
- Formulate L&D framework by conducting training needs analysis.
- Manage training budget and training records.
- Conduct post training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement.
Policies and Projects:
- Assist the HR Manager in streamlining HR processes / policies for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare HR analytics reports.
- Participate in HR projects.
Employees and Contractor Engagement:
- Manage office cleaners and office cleaning supplies.
- Attend to employees’ queries.
- Organize staff activities.
Other back-up duties:
- Benefits administration: manage e-Leave, e-HR medical portal and medical claims, group medical and WICA insurance.
- Monthly payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Statutory submission for Singapore entity.
- IR21 tax clearance, year-end income tax processing and submission.
Other HR duties as assigned
**Requirements**:***
- Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Well-versed in Employment Act and latest employment practices.
- Well-versed in L&D process.
- Familiar with Singapore training grants process.
- Minimum 2 years HR Generalist and payroll experience preferred (includes attendance based-allowances, shift patterns and overtime calculations).
- Meticulous, high integrity, discreet in handling payroll and sensitive data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Good working attitude, resourceful and hardworking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize works effectively and multi-tasking.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player with curiosity to learn, willing to share knowledge with others in achieving high performing team.
- Able to work with ambiguity and agile to volatile environment.
