**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing and Communications Director act as the Guardian of the Maison image. You will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing & communication international strategy to develop Maison turnover on all product categories. Drives products strategy and communication investments locally in order to optimize the Maison Cartier’s turnover, reputation and visibility. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong leadership, self-motivation, strategic and analytical skills, 360 mindset, and a strong business acumen.
- **Defines local Marketing and Communication strategy **in line with international guidelines ensuring the specific adaptation to local context and challenges.
- **Manages Marketing and Communication budgets **as discussed during strategic plan with Central teams and define relevant allocation by channel
- **Produces regular reports for management decision **, providing specific recommendations and regular updates on competitor benchmarking.
- **Marketing: accountable for local product strategy **(price, quantity & sales forecast) and for business results (LE, BU) per product and network. Defines Launch pack and specific local actions to support sales staff and develop turnover.
- **Communication: Implements the Maison image and guidelines through media plan definition and press/PR and Events **. Interacts with Richemont media agency and ensures good relationships with the agency and with local journalists. Is responsible for the ROI on communication tools through performance monitoring tools (DMR, Bumblebee) and through competitors’ analysis.
- **Team management**:Oversee a team of 16 people: designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in theirorganization. Ensures people development (career committees, mid-vear discussions, training & development plans), motivates and reinforces engagement within the team.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have a minimum 15 years’ experience in the luxury industry
- You demonstrate the following technical skills and ability in:
- Team management
- Experience in working transversally with all key functions in a market and or HQ
- Proven ability to work with all levels of management cooperatively, smoothly, and efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Able to manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneur-spirit and result driven
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- You are also well-rounded with inter-personal skills
- You have a high level of integrity
- You are capable to influence and effect change
- You are flexible, adaptable, relatable and team oriented
