Temporary Admin Assistant

We are looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to work at our HQ office from 3 April for 2 weeks (Working day - 3 days per week) and required to stand in at Condominium as and when required.
**Job Scope at Office**:
- Answering phone calls
- Handling incoming mails and outgoing mails
- Typing, Filing and Printing
**Job Scope at Condominium**:
- Record incoming/outgoing mails daily
- Keep a record of the movement of keys daily
- Typing, Filing and Printing
- Issue car discs/facility passes
- Record complaints and re-direct to the attention of Condominium Manager
- Purchase stamps/stationeries/refreshments as required
- Maintaining leave records for site office staff
- Oversee bookings of recreational facilities
- Collection of cheques for the maintenance charges, booking fees and other incomes and record
- Put up notices in notice boards
Office Location: Sims Avenue Centre
Condominium: To be advise
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
**Salary**: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Schedule:

**Experience**:
