Singapore AUTHENTIC HR PTE. LTD. Full time

Work Location: East Region

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with one day working from home

Alternate Saturday 8:30 to 12:30 pm

Monthly Basic Salary: S$5,000 to S$6,000

We represent our client in identifying the right talent for the Head of Finance and Administration. This key position reports to the CEO and Director of BD.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Finance**
- Responsible for a full set of accounts and work with the Company’s outsourced CFO.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports and yearly schedules, reports and other ad-hoc requests assigned.
- Handle audit, cash flow forecasting, corporate tax, GST filing, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the Company.
- Check and verify the monthly livestock inventory with the Head, QSHEM, and Sustainability.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and Sales team to support stock count activities.
- Monitor all receivables and receivables aging closely and constantly improve timely collection and payment activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and financial reports are maintained in accordance with SFRS.
- Ensure all records and documents are properly filed and maintained.

**Human Resources/Administration and IT
- Responsible for the Company’s admin work in dealing with Agencies, Investors and Financial Institutions.
- Keeping abreast of all MOM, IRAS, and other Employment Statutory regulations.
- Spearhead all HR functions such as compensation and benefit, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, talent development, employee engagement, retention, and compliance.
- Ensure all employees’ information is updated in the HR system with proper document control.
- Respond to MOM on all incidents/accidents, including surveys on behalf of the Company.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

**Housekeeping, IT, and Legal**
- Work with an outsourced IT consultant on IT and Security.
- Coordinate all legal-related matters on behalf of the Company.
- Security is critical to the Company's operations.
- Housekeeping and personnel hygiene are paramount to the well-being and health of the staff.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance and Accounting with at least two (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels with a can-do attitude.
- Attention to details.
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
