**Job Summary**
If you are looking for a new opportunity in the field of Order Administration, Emerson has an opening for you We are seeking for Customer Support Representative who will handle accurate and timely administration of customer orders and KOB3 backlogs. The role will ensure orders are met and in compliance with customer requirements and product specifications.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Coordinate between plant and sales offices (LBP) for Tier 1 KOB3 orders.
- Provide updates and status reports to sales office or customer as required.
- Coordinate with plant team to get order status and support prioritization.
- Support resolution of customer inquiries and adherence to customer request date.
- Supervise customer change orders appropriately.
**Customer and Sales Office Communication**:
**Managing Orders**:
- Proactively handle KOB3 backlog.
- Ensure all orders are managed and have been entered accurately to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements.
**Communication of shipping, resolve invoicing issues**:
- Coordinate inspection if required.
**Status Updates**:
- Assist in sales shipment forecasting.
- Provide reporting on order status.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with the plant.
**Change Order Management**:
- Manage change order process.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Degree in Business related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer facing role.
- Strong customer support skills; strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in a variety of software programs including customer relationship management and ERP software.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications.
