Community Health Assessment Team (CHAT) is a youth mental health service aimed at providing confidential mental health checks for young people aged 16 - 30, conducting outreach to promote awareness of mental health issues, providing training to community partners and Institutes of Higher Learning and linking youth to mental health resources.**Primary Responsibilities**

As part of the operations/administrative team, the executive will:

- Manage CHAT peer support project which include developing processes, monitoring KPIs, managing of budget, liaising/coordinating with project stakeholders, managing volunteers
- Provide administrative and operational support to the programme
- Prepare routine updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate and/or participate in CHAT related events
- Develop, implement and evaluate new procedures within department
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Engage the volunteers in meeting (quarterly)
- Recruit volunteers, if required

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Systematic, meticulous and process driven mindset
- Possess good analytical, communication and writing skills
- Experience in volunteer management or have participated in volunteer work would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), data analysis and project management
- Able to work both independently and with a team comprising of administrators and clinical staff (doctors and youth support workers).
