Direct message the job poster from Ola Chat The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for carrying projects across the finish line once most of the requirements (≈ 70%) are defined. This role ensures that project execution, implementation, QA/acceptance, and delivery meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and completeness. The person will act as the “owner” of the delivery phase: aligning stakeholders, managing progress, accepting outcomes, and ensuring the product is data‐driven, reliable, and of excellent user experience. Job Responsibilities Oversee project execution: refine remaining requirements, manage engineering, QA, UX teams to deliver features. Ensure acceptance criteria are defined and met; perform formal validation and acceptance of deliverables. Work with product & data teams to define metrics, ensure instrumentation is in place, monitor release success. Manage sprints, dependencies, blockers, risk; communicate status to stakeholders regularly. Participate in or facilitate Scrum ceremonies as needed; help improve delivery process. Ensure high quality of the consumer experience; for voice/social/mini‐game features, ensure usability, performance, correctness. Proactively identify gaps / ambiguities in requirements; push for clarity. Job Requirements 4+ years of experience in large‐scale consumer‐facing internet products. Experience in voice‐based social networking products will be advantageous. Excellent structured thinking and planning skills, able to independently and comprehensively formulate business plans and product strategies. Data‐savvy, with strong logical thinking skills, able to independently think, understand, and abstract business fundamentals. Excellent communication and coordination skills, the ability to withstand pressure, and the ability to drive execution. Strong project management skills and a proactive work attitude. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
