**Warehouse Storekeeper Cum Delivery Driver**

Job Description & Requirements

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily store-keeping duties and support on goods delivery to customer on time in full.
- Ensure and follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock for local supply and oversea supply on time in full
- Monitor warehouse inventory stock to ensure all stock sufficient for production used and work with production team to place the order accordingly to purchasing when it needed. Ensure no overstock and understock scenario.
- Maintain and keep records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Ensure stock replacement done periodically according to timeline set by purchasing and ensure stock at proper levels.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Ensure and maintain all warehouse storage facilities and truck cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report to purchasing if any goods receive damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always match.
- Support and assist in monthly stock take cycle and ensure deviation identified
- Support goods delivery and ensure goods deliver on time in full with correct quantity and product quality maintained.
- Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines at all times.
- Perform any others duties as assigned by the Management or Factory Manager.

**Requirement and Skills**:
Diploma in F&B manufacturing, logistic, operation or related fields
Experience in F&B warehouse operation and legally class 3 licensed driver
Knowledge in warehouse operations, goods delivery and inventory stock management
Ability to work under pressure and independently with mínimal supervision.
Positive attitude, organized, teamwork and adaptability to meet the demand of fast pace environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate in mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able and willing to work over weekend and public holiday when it’s required

Having Singapore Class 3 vehicle license is a must.
