Singapore SINGAPORE ASSOCIATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH, THE Full time

Group Homes is an independent living facility for people with mental health conditions who have a desire to be gainfully employed, develop communal living and independent living skills, as well as strengthen their ability to integrate into the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide timely administrative and operational support to ensure smoothing running of the Group Homes, adhering to the programme guidelines and directives.

**Service Delivery**
- Liaise with clients, member of public, community partners and vendors
- Support the Case Management Team in crisis interventions when required
- Ensure safety and other precautionary measures are adhered to
- Oversee the office administration and day-to-day operations

**Administrative Support**
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services, maintenance and repairs of equipment/appliances and other logístical needs
- Oversee the submission of claims by staff for purchases of goods and services, payment to vendors and reimbursements by Finance
- Oversee the maintenance of premises
- Ensure proper record and administration of all donations
- Schedule duty roster of the staff

**Outreach Involvement**
- Assist in outreach events when required
- Collaborate with community agencies or other SAMH programmes when required
- Assist in the hosting of visitors

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level certificate, Diploma holders are also welcomed to apply
- Minimum two years’ experience in office administration and front office work experience in social service sector will be a strong advantage
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office, will be an advantage
- Independent and service-oriented team
- Willingness to be hands-on and work beyond office hours when required
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
