**Description of Division/Branch**:
You will be part of the planning team, tasked to strategise and coordinateoperations, systems and processes across KidSTART programmes. This includes planning, reviewing and monitoring service models, data collation, data tracking, impact report, data analysis etc. The planning team oversees and monitors the KidSTART database and conducts reviews including regular surveys and evaluation to enhance existing programmes and processes.

**Responsibilities**

**Planning and operational policy development**
- To perform strategic roles in operational planning and ops policy development.
- To perform data sensing and analytics to support the policy and service development.

**Monitoring and outcome reporting**
- To oversee the scale up, resource and manpower projections for the national expansion of KidSTART.
- To account and report on KidSTART KPIs to the KSL’s Board and funders.
- Report generation, research/survey analysis etc for impact reporting and service delivery.

**Service model and contract management**
- To formulate, review and coordinate policies related to the funding and contract management of KidSTART partners.

**Programme Fidelity and evaluation**
- To monitor overall implementation of KidSTART programmes to ensure fidelity and effective implementation.
- To develop fidelity checklists and audit frameworks, conduct fidelity checks on the quality of implementation by service providers, KidSTART practitioners and Mentors.
- To conduct, collation and analysis of outcome surveys/ questionnaires to evaluate effectiveness of KidSTART programmes.

**Competencies required**
- Relevant tertiary qualification. Staff with 5 years relevant working experience in planning, programme monitoring and/or data analytics.
- Experience in leading a team, planning / policy ops within the social service sector or non-profit agencies would be an advantage.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal analytical, problem solving and facilitation skill.
- Positive and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Meticulous with an eye for detail for data entry, and competent with data processing software (i.e. use of formulas, pivot charts and tables etc).
