DESIGNATION : Manager / Assistant Manager (Regulations, Quality & Compliance )

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- CPE Registration:

- Coordinate with relevant parties, including CPE, to facilitate the registration of new programmes, revisions, premises, board members, and managers.
- Ensure timely submission of necessary documents and complete the registration process within 3 working days.
- Regulatory Reporting:

- Assist the Assistant Director in preparing reports required by regulatory bodies, such as Annual Returns.
- KSS Academic Structure:

- Maintain the academic structure in KSS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Marketing Collateral:

- Review marketing collaterals to ensure compliance with the Advertising Code and regulatory requirements.
- External Audit/Assessment:

- Support the Assistant Director in preparing for audits and assessments conducted by regulatory bodies, including ERF audits and EduTrust certification.
- Internal Audit, ERF:

- Assist the Assistant Director in conducting internal audits to maintain Enhanced Registration Framework registration.
- Archiving of ERF and EduTrust Documents:

- Responsible for the proper archiving and documentation of all ERF and EduTrust-related documents.
- Coverage for Assistant Director RQC:

- Provide coverage and support for the Assistant Director, Regulatory Quality and Compliance, as needed.
- Other Responsibilities:

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director, Regulatory Quality and Compliance.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in any discipline

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

**Work Arrangements**: Hybrid

**Location**: Singapore (Central Area - Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
