The LinkedIn Partnership Studio is seeking a Partnerships Lead, Head of APAC. As the Partnerships Lead for the APAC region, you will be the founding member of the LinkedIn Partnership Studio in APAC, leading the development, launch, and expansion of the Studio across markets. You will play a critical leadership role spanning the partnerships and sponsorships life cycle end-to-end. You will foster deep internal relationships with cross-functional partners in editorial, brand, events, research, and product to negotiate and establish innovative monetizable solutions with, then build the commercial model with Pricing, Legal, Revenue, Operations, and FP&A. Representing the voice of the customer, you will identify and advocate for the development of new partnership and sponsorship packages and solutions that address customer demand and capitalize on LinkedIn’s most unique and valuable IP. After pitching directly to senior stakeholders within LinkedIn’s top accounts, you will lead the activation of sold programs, delivering white glove client service through project management and production, where applicable, that elevates LinkedIn’s reputation as a strategic partner and full-funnel solution. Your experience with sponsored and branded content will enable you to create high-value, audience-centric solutions and equally as effective results for our customers using LinkedIn’s platform and formats as your canvas.
In launching the LinkedIn Partnership Studio in APAC, you are charged with setting the strategy and operational model, initiating the partnership and sponsorships motion in priority APAC markets with top accounts. You will leverage your exceptional collaboration, strategic planning, and storytelling skills to launch and scale Sales enablement and customer adoption of LinkedIn Partnership Studio solutions. Through ruthless prioritization and alignment with Sales leadership, you will be accountable for driving measurable commercial results to grow LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic accounts in APAC with downstream impact to other accounts through case studies and new scalable solution frameworks. **Responsibilities**
- Develop Sales Enablement: Build scaled internal resources that equip sellers to position and sell LinkedIn Partnership Studio solutions effectively, accelerating deal closure and revenue growth
- Lead Strategic Pitches & Activations: Deliver high-touch, proactive and responsive pitches for LinkedIn’s largest, most complex accounts across APAC to secure partnerships and maximize deal value
- Drive Executive Engagements: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (VP/CMO level) to accelerate decision-making, secure commitments, and grow account revenue
- Own Horizontal Solution Strategy: Lead and evolve a horizontal solution area, aligning cross-functional teams to create innovative, monetizable offerings that expand revenue opportunities
- Scale Repeatable Solutions that Generate Growth: Identify, test, and expand high-performing solutions for adoption across the Studio to consistently drive revenue and client renewals
- Lead Tentpole GTM Initiatives: Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market strategies for blue chip programs that increase LinkedIn’s marketplace advantage and create new leverage for Sales negotiations
- Manage Vetting, Approvals, & Logistics: Oversee vetting, negotiation, and production logistics to ensure partnership concepts are executable, high-impact, and revenue-positive
- Mentor & Elevate Team Excellence: Model and mentor best practices for junior team members to strengthen capabilities, improve pitch effectiveness, and contribute to the Studio’s overall revenue performance
**Basic Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, ad sales marketing, content partnerships, strategy, communications, or production
- Proven track record in engaging with senior client and agency decision makers across global and APAC region

- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related
