As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a **General Manager (Training, Operations & Compliance)**to join our leadership team and work **directly alongside the Director**to manage multi-divisional operations, elevate training delivery, ensure compliance, and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations & Administration Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, including training, retail, e-commerce, and warehouse.
- Manage on-site, remote, and warehouse teams to ensure **inventory sufficiency**and **workflow efficiency**.
- Develop and improve **SOPs**to streamline processes and ensure accountability.
- Monitor petty cash, supplier payments, and overall admin procedures.

**2. Training & Trainer Utilisation**:

- Plan and coordinate **WSQ and non-WSQ courses, onsite event**, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage trainer scheduling and optimise trainer-to-class ratios.
- Monitor learner enrolments, attendance, and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on make-up classes and assessments.

**3. Compliance & Governance**:

- Ensure compliance with **SSG, WSQ, PDPA, and TPGateway**regulations.
- Maintain readiness for **audit**and ensure all required documentation is up to standard.
- Review contracts, collaborations, and policies to mitigate operational risks.
- Build a compliance framework and checklist for consistent governance.

**4. Procurement & Supply Chain Oversight**:

- Supervise the **remote procurement team**to ensure timely material replenishment.
- Oversee stock control, supplier negotiations, and warehouse fulfilment processes.
- Ensure seamless product availability for both retail and training operations.

**5. Business Development Support**:

- Assist the Director in evaluating **corporate collaborations**and **B2B opportunities**.
- Conduct operational feasibility checks for new business projects.
- Support marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with operational capabilities.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience**in **operations, training management, or general management**.
- Background in **compliance, contracts, or legal operations**is highly preferred.
- Experience managing **multi-department teams**and **remote staff**.
- Strong understanding of **SSG/WSQ standards**and **training ecosystem**(advantageous).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Law, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
