**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the go-to SME for ServiceNow, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently, and advising both internal teams and external vendors.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party or cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS).
- Support backend services using Java and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Conduct code reviews, ensure development best practices, and maintain platform standards.
- Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior developers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD efforts and help automate deployment processes.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, trends, and relevant industry practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture and security models (RBAC, ACLs, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ServiceNow development) and Java (for backend services and integration).
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to handle complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or AWS certification is a strong plus.

Position and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
