**About the Role**
We are hiring a strategic and client-focused Engagement Partner (Senior Information Technology Program Manager) to oversee large-scale digital, core banking, and payments transformation engagements for financial services clients. You will serve as the key liaison between senior stakeholders (including CxOs) and delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation of complex solutions while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary executive contact for financial services clients across APAC, EMEA, and global Tier 1 banks.
- Lead end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement for digital transformation and platform initiatives.
- Manage and mentor regional project managers, delivery teams, and SMEs in agile, DevOps, and cloud-native environments.
- Establish and track business KPIs, ensuring high CSAT, client renewals, and growth of existing accounts.
- Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, participate in RFP responses, and close multi-year, multi-million dollar deals.
- Oversee financial management including forecasting, invoicing, revenue tracking, and cost control using platforms such as SAP Peoplesoft and Salesforce CRM.
- Act as a key member of Steering Committees, representing delivery updates, escalations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive transformation roadmaps involving Core Banking platforms such as Temenos, T24, Triple A Plus, Mulesoft, data analytics, digital onboarding, payment product suites, and cloud adoption.
**Qualifications**
- 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience, including direct client engagement at a regional or global level.
- Expertise in wealth management, payments, treasury, mutual funds, and core banking systems.
- Experience influencing across different functions/levels in a cross-functional environment and working with partner C-suite.
- Experience working effectively across all levels (e.g., senior executives, managers, peers), with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work ambiguously and autonomously within a large matrixed organization to drive alignment and key deliverables.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire trust and influence outcomes.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly collaborative with outstanding organization and project management skills.
- Experience in sales or partnerships in the Singapore or Southeast Asia markets.
- Strong commercial and delivery acumen: ability to grow accounts, manage P&L, and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills at executive levels.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Cloud, and project delivery tools like Jira and Jenkins is an advantage.

- Postgraduate in Financial Management or equivalent
