Blacklane is looking for an experienced Partner Engagement Manager to join the APAC team. You will be the go-to contact on the ground for our chauffeur partners in Singapore, Hong Kong and the subregion. Responsibilities Serves as the primary on‐ground contact for chauffeur partners in Singapore, Hong Kong and the subregion. Represents Blacklane to key clients and supply partners, embodying our values and commitment to service excellence. Manages and develops relationships with top APAC clients, internal stakeholders and external partners. Works to improve supply quality and engagement, supported by a Senior or Lead Market Manager. Collaborates with Blacklane's Partner Support teams to ensure they have the local knowledge needed to support supply partners. Handles escalated support issues that cannot be resolved by support teams. Uses local expertise and performance data to help plan and drive market growth with the Senior or Lead Market Manager. Conducts regular quality checks, airport audits and on‐the‐ground training sessions for chauffeurs. Leads regular partner meetings and monthly/quarterly business reviews. Holds monthly stakeholder meetings to align on market needs and performance. Co‐hosts monthly client business review meetings together with the Market Managers to ensure strong collaboration and transparency. Qualifications Currently based in Singapore. 3+ years of relevant work experience; experience in airline, mobility or hospitality sector is a plus. Strong track record of working face‐to‐face with external suppliers and clients. Passionate about building a sense of community with both partners and clients. Confident, personable, helpful and prefers being out in the field rather than behind a desk. Flexible, a team player and able to work independently and with initiative.
