Singapore PAS People's Association Full time

The Manager will be managing the communication for ACD. This includes support the development of content strategy for all digital channels and managing the digital marketing efforts as well as media coverage of the division’s programmes for mainstream media. He/she will work with appointed vendors to drive publicity and brand awareness on the division’s programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts.

This person will be involved in the following key roles:
**Communication and Digital Marketing**
- Support division’s communication strategies and effort in outreaching and engaging the community.
- Plan and manage Chingay website to ensure accurate and timely contents.
- Facilitate and work with vendors to manage and implement Chingay and PAssionArts communication and publicity as well as digital marketing plans.
- Work with vendor on content curation of key events’ on-site survey and monitoring the delivery of services.

**Partners Relationship Manager**
- Develop and build strategic partnerships to enhance and promote collaborative efforts as well as identifying and developing new partners.
- Establish a good network of partners and stakeholders to support and identify new areas of growth to allow PAssionArts and Chingay to widen outreach and enhance engagement.

**Community Engagement Programme**
- Lead or support community engagement initiatives/programmes to enable active residents’ participation and co-creation process, which will be presented at Chingay and/or suitable PAssionArts platforms.
- Build strategic partnership with internal and external partners to enhance the programming of these initiatives/programmes to achieve social outcomes.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the initiatives/ programmes.

**Other Duties**
- Perform secretarial and other duties as assigned by the senior officers of ACD
