PeopleSolve is an international search firm recruiting experienced and qualified nurses from around the world. Our program is specifically designed to help Singapore & internationally educated nurses succeed permanently in our strategic partner’s healthcare organizations in Singapore and beyond.

Since our beginning in 2021, we have helped 6,000 + nurses and healthcare professionals, both full time and part time, to secure placements in key healthcare locations including hospitals, clinics, community care centers, testing and vaccination centers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone who is positive, have a “can-do” mentality, productive and professional.
- Some one who is able to gain trust of peers, partners, and ability to persuade others to embrace new ideas for the future of healthcare.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, and strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in communications, advocacy, engagement, and/or writing for public health/population health.
- Diploma and above.

**About the Role**

Partnership Engagement
- Co-develop and execute partnership and engagement strategies and programmes for stakeholders, organizations and partners.
- Identify opportunities for increasing engagement with target audiences including nurses, carers, allied health professionals, doctors and healthcare workers.
- Elevate and amplify PeopleSolve’s thought leaders, influencers, and organizational expertise by polishing op-eds, talking points, presentations, and other relevant collateral around key moments and opportunities.
- Connect and support our team of healthcare professionals.

Communications
- Support end-to-end development of digital and print communications collateral including drafting copy, managing reviews, editorial and design processes, and planning and executing engagement initiatives.
- Expand the influence and reach of PeopleSolve’s newsletter.

Events management
- Plan and manage logistics for engagement at events.
