**Revenue Marketing Manager - True Office Learning, A Learning Pool Company - North America**
**About the Role**
True Office Learning, a Learning Pool Company, is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to build and execute campaigns geared towards Enterprise and Midmarket companies headquartered in North America and EMEA - resulting in sales pipeline.
The role will work closely with the Sales Development Representatives, Sales teams, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing to build and nurture a sales pipeline for a growing sales team: from top funnel awareness to bottom-funnel opportunity creation. You will be measured on: Leads created, leads qualified, opportunities created, and booked business.
**Who we are looking for**
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to develop integrated marketing campaign plans
- Write briefs for external agencies and in-house creative resources
- At least 3 years of B2B SaaS Marketing experience
- Account Based Marketing experience
- ROI Measurement and Campaign Measurement
- Hands-on experience with core sales and MarTech tools - Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Outreach, Demandbase, Terminus, 6Sense etc.
- Experience working alongside sales team and helping build pipeline
- Strong copywriting ability
- History with building automated cadences for messaging
- Experience with coordinating/sponsoring b2b events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow up
**It would be advantageous if you have**
- Familiarity with content creation and design
- Experience within eLearning Tech / Compliance
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- ** Sales Enablement & Support**. This role will work closely with sales on messaging, audience development, nurturing existing leads, and pipeline creation.
- ** Nurturing** an audience. This role will take an audience through a consistent and persuasive messaging journey, and educate the market continuously on our Value Proposition
- ** Marketing Measurement & Reporting. **This role will be responsible for reporting on marketing campaign performance and will recommend on investment required to achieve pipeline goals.
- ** Cross-Functional Partnerships. **This role will maintain the relationship between marketing and other groups within the business; CX, Sales, Content, Product
