As a Growth Product Manager you will work to accelerate revenue and revenue velocity by leading the development of all growth initiatives resulting in sustainable user acquisition and retention.. The successful PM will play a key role in the evolution of Bitrise’s Product Growth strategy and will own the vision and roadmap for their value stream.

You will lead and partner with design, engineering, research, and data teams on the creation and implementation of the roadmap. This includes continuous discovery with customers, collaborating on and prioritizing requirements, ensuring successful product development, and developing product launch plans with go-to-market teams.

Bitrise powers app creation for 50% of the world's mobile unicorns. - HIGHLY DESIRED_: Experience with Product-led Growth, First Time User Experience, and/or Monetization, as well as building products for software developers, building platforms, and technical expertise to understand target users & market.

**Key Challenges For Role in Next 6-12 months**:

- Calibrate and optimize self-serve and direct-sales monetization models through close collaboration with Pricing and Packaging Manager and direct research.
- Build up the connective tissue (organizational, data, processes) between Product and commercial teams, increasing the amount and rate of successful Product-led acquisitions while shortening monetization cycles.
- Build up the connective tissue (organizational, data, processes) between Product and Marketing, increasing the number and rate of conversions and activations while helping our Marketing org be as efficient and effective as possible.
- Build and launch product features and promotions as well as lead off-product initiatives to grow our revenue and accelerate revenue velocity.
- Shape the Product-led Growth Value Stream and bring team members from product, design, research, data, and engineering to virtuously execute PLG methodologies
- Help establish effective plans in the context of OKRs
- Partner with go-to-market teams to win new accounts, drive feature adoption, reduce churn, and expand customer subscriptions to grow the install base

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own, build up, calibrate, and articulate the product strategy and roadmap.
- Own and develop the growth funnel.
- Define key metrics and outcomes. Translate them into qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Build features leading users to discover the value of all Bitrise product offerings and monetize them. In other words, build thoughtful in-app promotions of all product offerings to sell, upsell, and cross-sell.
- In tandem with Pricing and Packaging Manager, collaborate with Design, Research, Data, and Engineering to build new monetization avenues to accelerate our growth.
- Drive user retention with churn mitigation tactics.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Packaging Manager to explore and implement new pricing and packaging strategies.

**Experience and Attributes**:

- 6+ years working in Product, with proven success in user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
- 2+ years in Product Management within the tech / software / related industry
- Experience optimizing first time user experience
- Ability to collaborate across groups of engineers, designers and data scientists
- Sense of user psychology; track record of using these insights to improve monetization
- Extremely data-driven, but with the confidence to balance data against experience and intuition
- Customer-centric Product thinking and work methods; you are passionate about customer discovery and frequently spend time with customers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
- Knowledge of when to pivot when value, feasibility, viability, or usability is not viable
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies in practice
- Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication (in English)
