About the role

As a Product Executive at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our innovative communication products. In this full-time position based in the Tai Seng, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Work Location: 5 Upper Aljunied Link (8 min walk from Tai Seng MRT)

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven enhancements. (Using MS Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and user guides
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of our products
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality of product components
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Admin, Marketing or Product Management or related.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably within the devices, electronics or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup & related).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes, including ideation, development, launch, and maintenance
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the communications technology landscape
