Senior Executive, HR Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous HR professional to join the HR Shared Services team as a Senior Executive. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for research-related positions, ensuring seamless service delivery and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for research roles.- Coordinate job postings across relevant employment portals.- Arrange and manage interview schedules.- Conduct pre-screening, background, and reference checks. Work with the stakeholders to follow up closely on Probation and Confirmation
Service Excellence- Deliver HR services in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Collaborate with the HR Cluster Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements and standardizations.- Build strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and internal teams.
Additional Duties- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.- Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
Requirements- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field with at least 4 years of experience; OR Degree in the above disciplines with at least 2 years of experience.- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Workday Recruitment Module is an advantage.- Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.- Able to manage high-volume transactional work independently.- Meticulous, resourceful, and quick to learn.- Service-oriented with a positive attitude.- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
