Senior HR Executive

They are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join them. You will provide support in managing all HR procedures, ensuring the smooth administration of the daily HR operations and operational activities of our employees’ career cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations.
- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Experience as a Payroll Specialist and knowledge of full spectrum of payroll functions
- Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of staff.
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
- Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills
