**About Us**:
Ju Eng Home is a dedicated and compassionate care facility committed to supporting the elderly with dignity and professionalism. We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Assistant / Executive to join our team and support our HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions
- Support training coordination, including course registration, tracking training hours, and follow-ups
- Assist in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support HR-related administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in payroll
- Good working attitude, responsible, and hardworking
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MOM regulations

**Remarks**:

- Job title (HR Assistant or HR Executive) and salary will be offered based on qualifications and relevant experience.
